A sandy Cala Liberotto cove
Snorkel in the natural pools
Surrounding area: Cala Liberotto is made up of a series of sandy coves some with bars and facilities and others in the wild, natural style that is typical of Sardinian beaches. This region has a rich variety of other beaches including some of the most stunning examples on the island. Easily reachable by car, the historic town of Orosei offers vibrant shady piazzas where you can enjoy a refreshing drink and a network of stone alleys for you to explore. Cala Liberotto is ideally situated not just for exploring the beautiful and diverse coastline but also for venturing into the intriguing interior of Sardinia – another world to be discovered. Outdoors: Set on the main road that runs parallel to the sea – the Lungomare - Villa Zoppi’s grounds are fully enclosed and are all one level, making it great for children to run about in. The pretty garden features several trees and Mediterranean plants like pines, junipers, dwarf palms, rosemary, myrtle, bay trees and colourful geraniums. There is a large brick built barbecue and two smart shower cubicles with hot running water. There are three main terraces areas to enjoy: a large patio covered by a huge canopy and featuring a large table for outdoor dining, a front veranda where you can sit and sip an aperitif and a large first-floor terrace ideal for sunbathing. From here you get a glimpse of the sea through the tops of the pine trees that are a prevalent characteristic of Cala Liberotto, providing shade and privacy. The villa is surrounded by garden

Italian Islands Insight: The garage is kept locked as the owner uses it to store the outdoor furniture but you can park on the drive or outside on the road. The historic town of Orosei
This two-storey villa would suit a large family, 2 families holidaying together or a group of friends. In the main season the owner prefers a minimum of two-week bookings but in quieter periods availability is more flexible. Often the weather is nice enough and the water warm enough to swim as late in the year as Mid-November so it is a good destination for catching your last taste of summer. With several sandy beaches within walking distance, Villa Zoppi is the ideal choice for those in search of the perfect beach holiday and those who are looking for a little bit more adventure will enjoy all that the surrounding area has to offer. |
